Sliding Scale policy: Each class is $10 suggested or PAY WHAT YOU CAN, yes you can sponsor another person's spot!

This yoga practice is all about the pranayama (breathing). We are stripping out what you come to know and see in American yoga classes; no perfectionism, no judgements, no handstands, no grunting, no chaotic minds. All abilities are WELCOME. All BODIES are good bodies. There will be chair, mat and standing options. We are communal and will move communally. This is open to all race, sex and gender identities.




​Tyra is NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach Credentialed, AFAA Personal Trainer Certified and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor Certified. She also holds numerous modality licenses/certifications. She is dedicated to bringing out the best in everyone she meets but her main focus is removing all barriers to wellness for Black Women, POC, QTPOC and all underestimated communities.

She offers; motivational speaking, wellness retreats, team building events, joyful movement sessions, fitness vacations and wellness workshops.
